ADVANCE HEALTHCARE DIRECTIVE PLANNING

An opportunity to fill out South Carolina Advance Healthcare Directive Forms with the guidance of retired hospice physician, Kim Mallin. These directives are important because they officially name a healthcare proxy (someone to speak for you should you be unable to) and outline what you would want them to say. In order to have control over what kind of care you want/don’t want to receive at end of life these documents are crucial. Regardless of age or health status, it’s best to have them in place well before you need them.
