Tibetan Healing Chö
The traditional Tibetan Chö Healing Ceremony is an approach for clearing the deeper causes of imbalance which are believed to be psychological and karmic.
While resolving negative energies, toxic influences and entities, it augments the forces that bring about health and generates cleansed spiritual consciousness.
It can be used to resolve stubborn obstacles, either energetic or ancestral, that are difficult to access or unresponsive to other therapies.
The result is greater ease in the areas of physical health, emotional peace and fulfillment in life.
Guests are invited to set an intention to direct the ceremony’s personal focus and relax while it takes place.

Host Chö
Traditionally, Chö is a wandering practice performed by Buddhist yogins. It can be offered in a private space or public venue, in natural or urban landscapes.
As the Chö is also a land and space blessing, it is offered in a new location each month. It is both an offering to the environment and a targeted healing for participants.
If you are interested in hosting at your residence or business, please get in touch.

Deeper into Dharma
Most of you know me as someone whose life is dedicated to sharing healing arts and providing compassionate care. As an acupuncuturist and death doula, this spans across multiple points of the living and dying spectrum. A personal interest in Vajrayana Buddhism led me deeper into more transformational offerings in the arena of healing, including the Tibetan Chö ceremonies you've seen mentioned here. The Dharma also greatly informs the supportive care and space held for the dying.
Even greater commitments to study and practice beckon and I am working to respond and focus without detracting from the services I provide. In the fall, I will be making a pilgrimage to Bhutan, a very special and pristine South Asian Buddhist country. This fulfills a few purposes: to deepen my learning and practice, to sponsor two extensive full day Chö rituals and to document the nearly extinct traditional Chö dances. It is additionally and most importantly, a means to give back to the tradition from which I am benefitting. If you feel called to support this work, you will be included in a monthly Medicine Buddha ritual and if you offer $100 or more, you can receive a private concise healing Chö session. All funds will go to toward travel costs and offerings to local monasteries/nunneries.

“Arising from the divine feminine and nurtured in the hidden valleys and mountain fastness of Tibet, Chö is a remarkable system for transforming one’s physical, psychological and spiritual life. The mystical origins of this tradition were given form a millennia ago by Machik Labdrön (1055-1149), as a direct assault on the negative forces, toxic energies, psychological imprints and karmic residues that distort our best intentions. Through its methods, the sincere practitioner can clear that which obscures an experience of fearless heart and vast awareness. This is a spiritual path that, both symbolically and literally, “cuts through” obstacles, negativity and self-delusion, relying on Feminine Wisdom energy to purify body, mind and spirit.”
