Join us at Sacred Grove Preserve for a Tibetan Bardo Ceremony
December 5 St. Stephen, SC
In Tibetan Buddhism, bardo refers to the transition between death and what comes next. The ceremony honors those who have died and can be done by anyone, regardless of religious background. Following the ceremony, Chef Arlette O'Rourke of Indigenius Cuisine will prepare a fireside dinner featuring farm-grown and local ingredients.
The evening will also include:
-Bonfire
-Tours of the farm and Charleston's only green burial cemetery/certified arboretum
-Catch and release fishing
-BYOB
-Bring-your-own-tent camping
-Limited rooms at the Dragonfly Inn (first come, first served)
This is a wonderful opportunity to experience ceremony honoring the dead, tour a green burial ground and enjoy a fireside dinner prepared by a chef who happens to be the land's steward...
